Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ManaPrint website, account and custom-printing services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to use the Services. By using ManaPrint, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Keep your password secure and sign out on shared devices.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You can review active sessions and sign out devices under Account → Privacy & Security. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent or unlawful activity.
Products & Custom Orders
ManaPrint produces made-to-order, personalized products based on the designs, artwork and specifications you provide or create in our customizer. Because each item is produced specifically for you, please review your design and order details carefully before checkout.
- On-screen previews and mockups are representations only; actual colours may vary slightly due to screen calibration, materials and the printing process.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your design — spelling, images, layout, sizing and personalization details as submitted.
- Product availability, dimensions and finishes are as described on the product page and may be updated from time to time.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. A GST invoice is issued for eligible orders.
- Prices, offers and promotions may change at any time before an order is placed.
- Payment is processed securely by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment partner; we do not store your full card details.
- In the rare event of a pricing error, we may cancel and refund the affected order.
Orders & Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, in whole or in part, including where a product is unavailable, a pricing error occurs, the design violates these Terms, or we suspect fraud. Where we decline an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid.
Your Content & Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the artwork, images and text you upload (“Your Content”). By submitting Your Content, you grant ManaPrint a limited licence to use, reproduce and print it solely to produce and fulfil your order.
You warrant that you own or have the rights to use Your Content and that it does not infringe any third party’s intellectual-property, privacy or other rights. All ManaPrint branding, website content and designs remain our property or that of our licensors.
Prohibited Content & Conduct
You agree not to submit content or use the Services in ways that:
- Infringe intellectual-property, trademark, privacy or publicity rights.
- Are unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or promote violence or discrimination.
- Contain another person's likeness or personal data without consent.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the Services.
We may reject or cancel any order containing prohibited content without liability.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines, coverage and charges are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Estimated dates are indicative and may vary with production time, courier performance and your location.
Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Because our products are personalized and made to order, returns and refunds are limited. Please review our Refund & Returns Policy for when and how you can cancel an order or request a return or refund.
Bulk & Corporate Orders
Bulk and corporate orders may be subject to separate quotations, timelines, minimum quantities and terms agreed in writing. Where such terms conflict with these Terms, the written order-specific terms prevail for that order.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ManaPrint disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date, and your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
