ManaPrint (“ManaPrint”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operates the ManaPrint website and custom-printing services. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information responsibly, transparently and in line with applicable Indian data-protection law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to your use of our website, account and services. By using ManaPrint, you agree to the practices described here.

We only collect information we need to provide and improve our services. This includes:

Information you give us

• Account details — your name, email address, phone number, gender and (optionally) date of birth.
• Order & delivery details — shipping and billing addresses, order history and communication preferences.
• Custom designs & uploads — the artwork, photos, text and design files you upload or create in our customizer to produce your order.
• Support messages — the content of enquiries, reviews and correspondence you send us.

Information we collect automatically

• Usage & device data — pages visited, actions taken, browser type, operating system, and device/session information used to keep your account secure.
• Approximate location — derived from your IP address for security and fraud-prevention.
• Cookies — small files that keep you signed in and remember your preferences (see Cookies & Tracking).

We do not collect or store your full card number or CVV — payments are handled directly by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment partner (see Payments & Security).

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account and authenticate your sign-ins.
• Process your orders, produce your customized products and arrange delivery.
• Take payment and issue invoices and GST documentation.
• Send transactional updates about your orders (confirmation, dispatch, delivery).
• Provide customer support and respond to your enquiries.
• Send marketing and offers where you have chosen to receive them — you can opt out anytime.
• Keep our platform secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations.
• Understand how our services are used so we can improve them.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in (via a secure, httpOnly session cookie), remember your cart and preferences, and understand aggregate usage so we can improve the site.

Strictly-necessary cookies are required for the site to function and cannot be switched off. You can control or delete other cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work as intended if you do.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted parties who help us run our services, and only to the extent needed:

• Payment gateways — to securely process your payments and refunds.
• Logistics & courier partners — to deliver your orders (name, address, phone).
• Print & production suppliers — to fulfil your customized order, including the artwork required to print it.
• Service providers — hosting, email, analytics and communication tools that operate on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
• Legal & safety — where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety and property of ManaPrint, our customers or others.

All payments are processed by a PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateway over an encrypted connection. Your card is tokenized by the gateway — ManaPrint never sees or stores your full card number or CVV.

We protect your data with encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), hardened server configurations, and access controls. Your account is secured with an httpOnly session, active-device management and a security activity log you can review under Account → Privacy & Security.

The artwork, photos and text you upload or create are used solely to produce your order and provide the preview and re-order experience. We share them with our production partners only as needed to print and fulfil your purchase.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload. We retain design files for a reasonable period to support re-orders, returns and quality issues, after which they may be deleted.

You have control over your personal information. You can:

• Access & download a copy of your data from Account → Privacy & Security → Manage Data.
• Correct your details anytime under Account → Account Details.
• Delete your account and erase your personal data from Account → Account Details.
• Manage communications — choose which channels you hear from us on under Account → Notifications.
• Review active devices and sign out sessions you don’t recognise.
