Overview
This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we produce and deliver your ManaPrint orders across India, the timelines to expect, charges, and how to track your parcel. As our products are made to order, total delivery time is a combination of production time and shipping time.
Order Processing & Production
Once your order and payment are confirmed, your item enters production. Because each product is personalized, we need time to print, quality-check and pack it before dispatch.
- Standard production: typically 1–3 business days, depending on the product and customization.
- Bulk and corporate orders may require additional production time, confirmed at the time of order.
- You'll receive a notification when your order is dispatched.
Delivery Timelines & Coverage
We deliver across India through trusted courier partners. Once dispatched, estimated delivery is:
- Metro cities: approximately 2–4 business days.
- Other cities & towns: approximately 4–7 business days.
- Remote & interior locations: may take a little longer depending on courier reach.
These are estimates from the dispatch date and may vary with location, courier performance and peak periods.
Shipping Charges
Enjoy free shipping on orders above ₹999. For orders below that value, a nominal shipping fee is calculated and shown transparently at checkout before you pay.
Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you can track your order anytime from Account → Orders or the Track Order page. Tracking can take a few hours to become active on the carrier’s site after dispatch.
Delivery & Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are complete and accurate — we’re unable to redirect a parcel once it has shipped. Couriers typically make multiple delivery attempts.
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or repeated failed attempts, we’ll contact you to arrange re-delivery, which may incur an additional shipping charge.
Delays
While we work hard to dispatch on time, delivery may occasionally be delayed by factors beyond our control — courier disruptions, weather, regional restrictions, peak-season volumes or complex customization. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated where possible.
Damaged or Missing Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, or your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us within 48 hours with photos where relevant. We’ll investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund per our Refund & Returns Policy.
International Shipping
We currently ship within India only. For international or export enquiries, including bulk and corporate gifting, please contact our team and we’ll do our best to help.
